Estate Planning Services We believe that estate planning is a highly personal, unique and counseling- based process for all of our clients. We are committed to the following definition of estate planning: I want to control and protect my property while I am alive. I want my property to take care of me and my loved ones if I become disabled. I want to give what I have to whom I want, the way I want, and when I want. I want to save every last tax dollar, professional fee, and court cost possible. We help clients meet the goals of this definition by developing a unique THREE-STEP PROCESS. Step 1: Spending time learning about our clients and their families and listening to their goals, concerns, fears, values and plans. We work to design a plan that is unique and valuable.
Step 2: We establish and maintain a formal and regular updating program that is intended to address the continuous changes in the law and in our clients' families, health, employment and economic circumstances. Step 3: We strive to fully disclose and control settlement costs after death. We attend frequent local and national educational programs to stay current and well informed of changes in the law and in planning techniques. We have also established well-developed relationships with expert estate planning attorneys and other professionals across the country. Our clients will always benefit from our continuous experience and education. |
